- Pilot updates and account-connection reminders.
- Feedback and survey requests.
- Support notices related to pilot participation.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. During your active monitoring period, you may receive up to 1 message per day. Outside of active monitoring, you may receive occasional service and support notices.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any pilot text message to opt out at any time. You will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further pilot text messages. Weekly email updates continue unless separately stopped.

Rates and carrier notice
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional U.S. carriers. Message delivery depends on participant carrier and may not be supported on all networks.
